Provided are: a pair of electrical contacts (1), which is capable of reducing the amount of wear during sliding at a contact part (13); and a pair of terminals (2) for connectors. The pair of electrical contacts (1) comprises a first electrical contact (11), a second electrical contact (12) and the contact part (13). The first electrical contact (11) is provided with an Ag-Sn alloy layer (113) above a first conductive base (111) and a first Ag layer (114) that is laminated on the surface of the Ag-Sn alloy layer (113), and the first Ag layer (114) is exposed in the outermost surface. The second electrical contact (12) is provided with a second Ag layer (123) above a second conductive base (121), and the second Ag layer (123) is exposed in the outermost surface. The contact part (13) is configured by the surface of the first Ag layer (114) of the first electrical contact (11) and the surface of the second Ag layer (123) of the second electrical contact (12) in contact with each other. The contact pressure applied to the contact part (13) is 500 N/mm2 or less.
