A heat transfer oil heating device of an asphalt mixing plant is provided to quickly increase the temperature, to decrease power loss by individually controlling the temperature, and to easily repair an electric heater. The heat transfer oil heating device of an asphalt mixing plant is composed of a plurality of heating pipes(10) installed at regular intervals to pass the heat transfer oil; a plurality of connecting pipes(20) for connecting plural heating pipes to communicate with each other; an electric heater detachably installed to each heating pipe by a flange; and a housing(40) for receiving plural heating pipes and plural connecting pipes. An oil discharge port is opened or closed on at least one of the heating pipes or the connecting pipes to discharge the oil to the housing. |
