METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUBSTRATE FOR DISPLAY DEVICE

A manufacturing method of a substrate for a display device is provided to reduce bending of a plastic substrate by cooling a dummy glass substrate after high-temperature processing. A dummy glass substrate(30) is cooled after high-temperature processing. The dummy glass substrate and a plastic substrate(10) are bonded together. A predetermined pattern is formed on the plastic substrate. A contact layer(20) is formed on at least any one of the dummy glass substrate and the plastic substrate. The contact layer includes a temperature-reducing type low-temperature detachable adhesive. A temperature of the high temperature processing is higher than 450‹C. A temperature of the cooling is lower than 25‹C.
