<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nontoxic sulfur from which injurious ingredient is removed, which can be supplied in large quantity to livestock because of having the same or above detoxication effect as when treating with a conventional method, and which is convenient in production work and has easy processes because the number of raw materials required in production and the pretreatment of the raw materials are simple, and to provide a method for producing the nontoxic sulfur. <P>SOLUTION: The nontoxic sulfur from which injurious ingredient is removed is obtained by mixing a sulfur composition comprising 60-90 wt.% of sulfur, 5-20 wt.% of flour of barley (Hordeum vulgare var. hexastichon) and 5-20 wt.% of ceramics powder with radish (Raphanus sativus) soup at a weight ratio of (1:10)-(1:30), and ripening the product at 25-50°C for 8-15 h followed by drying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
