Disclosed is a resource allocation method. The method comprises: a first user equipment (UE) receiving scheduling authorization indication information issued by a base station, wherein a resource indicated by the scheduling authorization indication information is a sending resource for N second UEs which is configured for the first UE by the base station, or the resource indicated by the scheduling authorization indication information is a sending resource, indicated by the first UE, of the N second UEs; and the first UE allocating a resource for the second UEs on the basis of the received scheduling authorization indication information, or the first UE indicating the resource of the second UEs to the second UEs on the basis of the received scheduling authorization indication information. Also disclosed is a resource allocation apparatus.
