A resin composition comprising a polymer X as mentioned below and a polymer Y as mentioned below in amounts of 15 to 80% by mass and 20 to 85% by mass, respectively, relative to the total amount of polymers contained in the resin composition. The polymer X: a vinylidene fluoride resin. The polymer Y: a copolymer which has a domain (y1) compatible with the polymer X and a domain (y2) incompatible with the polymer X and has a molecular weight distribution of 3.0 to 16.0 inclusive. It is preferred that the mass average molecular weight of the polymer Y is 50,000 to 750,000 inclusive as measured by gel permeation chromatography in terms of polymethyl methacrylate.
