A method and a system for recording a voice in a mobile communication network after a call is terminated in a mobile communication system are provided to enable a user of a mobile communication terminal to shortly sum up a memo to voice data after the call is terminated, store it to a voice alarm server, and then input/store additional information such a date and a representative name corresponding to the stored voice memo data and a reservation call schedule, thereby enabling the user to conveniently check the voice memo data later on. A mobile communication system for receiving and storing voice memo data after a call is terminated comprises the followings: a voice alarm server(130) which receives and stores voice memo data from a caller's mobile communication terminal or a receiver's mobile communication terminal in which the call is terminated; a mobile communication terminal(100) which receives the voice memo data from a user and transmits it to the voice alarm server(130); a RAN(Radio Access Network)(110) which relays communication between mobile communication terminals; and an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(120) which is connected to the RAN(110) and relays wireless communication using the mobile communication terminal(100).
