<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition excellent in not only optical properties but also toughness, heat resistance and secondary processability, easily formable, and capable of being made into continuous film in a rolled form, to provide film made from the composition, and to provide optical disks formed using the film. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition comprises an epoxy(meth)acrylate compound(component I) and a phenoxy(meth)acrylate compound(component II), wherein it is preferable that the component I include a bisphenol-type epoxy(meth)acrylate compound and the component II have in the molecule at least one composition selected from the group consisting of a p-cumyl group-condensed composition, an epichlorohydrin-condensed composition and an ethylene glycol-condensed composition.
