PURPOSE:To easily form a flat and smooth floor face of a well cured body without any high grade plastering techniques and further without efflorescence, laitance, protrusions, or traces of bubbles by a simple levelling work by use of a dragonfly-shape tool or the like, and greatly save labors on constructing a floor in a building and reduce the construction period, in comparison with the conventional application. CONSTITUTION:In a base concrete composed of unit water 200-240kg per cubic meter, water-cement ratio 0.45-0.75, fine aggregates ratio 0.35-0.55, slump flow figure 32-49cm, 0.5-1.5 parts of superplasticizer, 0.2-1.5 parts of segregation- preventing agent, and 0.02-1 parts of defoaming agent are added and kneaded to 100 parts of cement in weight respectively. The concrete composition obtained in such a manner is placed so that the slump flow value ranges 65-77cm, to form a mortar bed with 5mm thickness on the surface. |
