PURPOSE:To provide the title grease from which the base oil does not separate, evaporate nor diffuse even when used or stored for a long time and a process for producing the same. CONSTITUTION:A silicone oil or an ethylene/alpha-olefin oligomer distilled by heating in a vacuum is used as a base oil to be mixed with a thickener. A process for producing a grease for a small motor comprises the steps of: kneading a base oil on a thickener in a heated state, cooling the resulting mixture, milling it on a roll and defoaming it in a vacuum, and a silicone oil or an ethylene/alpha-olefin oligomer is used as the base oil and is distilled by heating at 120 deg.C or above in a vacuum of 50mmHg or below before the kneading step. |
