SOLUTION: This piece comprises a supply pipe 8 for supplying turbine compression air and a discharge pipe 9, and a valve 12 arranged at any one of the tubes 8, 9 can be controlled according to the parameter of gas in the other pipe. The valve 12 is arranged at a discharge pipe 9 and can be controlled to be closed when the control value of parameter in the pipe 8 is lower than the minimum value.
