PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration sensor which exerts excellent vibration-proofness and waterproofness even in a severe service environment. SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration sensor concerned is composed of a housing 190 and a sensor element 2 inserted fast in the housing 190, and a protection cover of metal is installed over the housing 190. The protection cover is composed of an inner member 12 and an outer member 11, and between them a water repellent filter 10 is installed. The outer cover member 11 includes the first part 111 contacting with the inner cover member 12 and the second part 112 to be fitted with the filter 10. The first part 111 lies on the side nearer the housing 190 than the second part 112. |
