PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device capable of removing an error between an input and an output and having high cost performance in a cursor movement controller to be used for a video equipment or the like. SOLUTION: The operation of a control 1 circumscribed on a sphere is decomposed to the movement of two orthogonal directions by two sliders 7, 8 engaged with a shaft-like projection 1a formed on the lower face of the control 1 and detected as an electric signal. When a case 3 is held by a conical cam 2 to be freely slidably engaged with the projection 1a, a spring 4 and the control 1, the control 1 is automatically restored to the center and the accurate position of the control 1 is detected. |
