摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance controllability of a take-up heat by providing a flow means for melting a thermal storage material such as water or the like by heat exchanging and forcibly feeding a melt liquid phase formed around a heat transfer coil by the melting, accelerating melting of the material, and dealing with an increase in a quick cooling load. SOLUTION: At the time of a thermal storage, valves 30, 34 are opened, and a pump 22 and a brine chiller 20 are operated. Thus, a brine cooled by the chiller 20 is passed through a heat transfer coil 16 to heat exchange it with a thermal storage material 12 in a thermal storage tank 10 to solidify the material 12. Meanwhile, at the time of dissipating heat, valves 32, 36 are opened, and a pump 28 is operated. Thus, the brine heated by a load side heat exchanger 26 is passed through the coil 16 to heat exchange it with the material 12 to melt the material 12. And, after about one hour from the start of radiating, a valve 38 is opened, gas is started to be supplied by a blower 40, gas is blown from an end of a branch tube 46 to forcibly feed a melt liquid phase around the coil 16, thereby efficiently melting the material 12.
