Invention relates to the production procedure for raney nickel catalysts, according to which the molten mass of the alloy, that comprises 40 to 95 mass % of aluminum, 5 to 50 mass %, and 0 to 20 mass % of iron, 0 to 15 % of cerium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, molybdenum and/or mangane, as well, in the given case, as other vitrificating elements, brings in touch with one or more rotating cooling rollers or cooling plates, hence thereon it gets cooled and solidified, where the cooling rollers have with lateral grooves structured surface, and the cooling plates have the surface structurred with grooves, that extend from rotary axle toward the periphery of the plate, thus quickly solidified alloy is thereupon treated with organic and nonorganic bases. |
