PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory control method of a cordless telephone fixing apparatus controls values of nonvolatile memory of a cordless telephone fixing apparatus without using additional interface device. CONSTITUTION: A nonvolatile memory control method of a cordless telephone fixing apparatus transmits a first transmission signal corresponding to a nonvolatile memory control mode if the user selects the nonvolatile memory control mode by using key input part. A cordless telephone fixing apparatus receives a nonvolatile memory address input request message transmitted from the fixing apparatus according to the first signal, and displays it on a display part. If the user inputs a nonvolatile memory address by using a key input part, a second signal is transmitted to the fixing apparatus. According to the second signal, a corresponding address storage value transmitted from the fixing apparatus is displayed on a display part. The control method transmits (118) a third signal to the fixing apparatus if the user inputs a changed nonvolatile memory value by using a key input part. According to the third signal, the control method stores (212) the changed nonvolatile memory value to a corresponding address of the nonvolatile memory of the fixing apparatus. Thereby, the nonvolatile memory control method of a cordless telephone fixing apparatus controls values of nonvolatile memory of a cordless telephone fixing apparatus without using additional interface device.
