PURPOSE: EL-display device having the increased stability has thin film of an epoxy crosslink structure. CONSTITUTION: EL-display device includes a glass substrate(1), a transparent electrode(2), an EL-layer, and a metal electrode(4). The thin film(3-1,3-2,3-3) includes an epoxy crosslink which is comprised of a monomer having an epoxy, oligomer, or high-polymer, expressed as a first chemical equation(1). The thin film includes an epoxy crosslink which is comprised of a monomer having a hydroxy, oligomer, or high-polymer, expressed as a second chemical equation(2). The organic thin film includes an epoxy crosslink which is comprised of a monomer having amine, oligomer or epoxy crosslink. The organic thin film has a three-dimensional reticular structure.
