PURPOSE: A call processing method enables one call to have a plurality of connections for providing audio and multimedia services in IMT-2000. CONSTITUTION: A call control function(142, CCF) provided in a mobile switching center(140, MSC) processes a call for providing IMT-2000(International Mobile Telecommunications -2000) service. When a mobile terminal(110) requests a call setting, an authentication process about that a user subscribes for a service corresponding to the call is performed(S210). A dial information about the requested call is collected and analyzed(S220). Whether service resources for satisfying the service required by the call exist is examined(S230). If the corresponding service resources exist, a predetermined link control information and connection control information are generated, and the call is connected(S240) with a receiving-side. A call activation step(S250) is performed to examine whether a communication service with a new user or a modification about the established connection information is requested. According to the user's request sensed in the call activation step, a corresponding connection information is generated or renovated(S270). Therefore, one call is processed to have a plurality of connections.
