PURPOSE: A system for treating general waster water by combining several treatment processes of a reacting tank, a coagulating stirring tank and a coagulating activating tank into one process of an air solution tank is provided which minimizes an installation area and increases treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a waste water storage tank(10), a waste water supply pump(11) for supplying waste water in the waste storage tank(10) to a pressure tank(20). In the pressure tank(20), waste water is pressured at pressure of 4-8kg/gm¬3. Waste water passed through the pressure tank(20) is supplied to a pressure floating device(40) along the supply line(L) in which a reacting agent(NaOH), a coagulant(Alum) and a coagulant aid(POLYMER) are poured to mix chemicals with waste water. Chemicals are admitted to an auxiliary pressure tank(31), air in the pressure floating device(40) is supplied by circulating about 60% of treated water of the floating tank, a rising speed of floating material is controlled by a specific gravity and a size. Also the system comprises a chemical tank(30), an auxiliary pressure tank(31), a chemical supply pump(32), a pressure floating device(40), a sludge storing tank(50) and a purified water storing tank(60). The process requires about 1/3 time less chemicals and consumes 1/3 times less electric power than conventional process.
