PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent a train accident caused by invading a safe line by detecting to alarm if the safe line is invaded and stopping the train service at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The device contacts the signal input and output terminal of a micro computer(130) to the signal input and output terminal of a service state detecting device(110) and an invasion detecting device(120). An alarm sound generating device(141), an alarm light(142) and a voice guiding device(143) that make an alarm device(140) are contained in the alarm signal output terminal of the micro computer. The alarm light of the alarm device is installed between a safe line(5) and a railway line(2b), and the speaker of the alarm sound generating device and the speaker of the voice guiding device are installed in the invasion detecting device so as to prevent a train accident.
