PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a long, wide area planar heating element having flatness with a pressing, heating roller type laminating machine. SOLUTION: A plurality of thin, tape-like long single substances 11 made of stainless steel or spring steel are arranged in parallel, and ends are connected to manufacture a plane, slender resistance heating element 1, and a laminate film is laminated on the resistance heating element 1 from the top and bottom with pressing, heating rollers 4, 4. The temperature of the resistance heating element 1 coming in contact with the laminate film pressed and heated with the pressing, heating rollers 4, 4 is set in a specified temperature higher than that of the laminate film.
