PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of an element so as to prevent lighting defects such as a disconnection and a short-circuit by covering respective electrode terminal parts of a transparent electrode and a back face electrode by means of an excellently electrically insulative and weatherproof adhesive. SOLUTION: The surface of a terminal part is processed by using a fluorine resin surface processing agent. After a lead wire is soldered to the terminal part of the surface processed panel, a quick-dry type epoxy adhesive is mounted to the soldering part so as to be cured for a predetermined time. After curing, a silicone contractile tube serving as a thermal contractile protection tube is put over it. The silicone contractile tube is contracted by a drier and squeezed so as to be shaped while it is hot. Then, a clearance of the silicone contractile tube is filled with an adhesive by using a toothpick or the like. Subsequently, curing is carried out again. The molded part is dipped in a silicone rubber solution, dried, and then, dipped again. After drying for evaporating an organic solvent, it is finished finally.
