A rotary product dispenser (10) having a display card (12) with a first card (16A) substantially overlapping a second card (16B). The first card has an aperture (18) formed therein and an interstice (26A) provided between the first and second cards at a location adjacent to the aperture. The product dispenser also includes a rotatable container (20) configured to retain products, such as batteries. The container has a peripheral edge (32) disposed in the interstice between the first and second cards and a main body extending through the aperture. The container is rotatable to a plurality of positions to position the products for dispensing through a dispensing opening in the display card.
