<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having ameliorating action on allergic symptom manifesting a synergy of alleviation of symptoms of pollinosis, etc., by suppressing release of histamine, etc., and restituting Th2 deviated immune system to normal state, and to provide an ameliorating agent for allergic and an ameliorating food for allergic. <P>SOLUTION: The composition having ameliorating action on allergic symptom comprises a component obtained from Sparassis crispa and components (a) and/or (b) described in the following.
