PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing device which is movable while bearing a structure such as a bridge girder, wherein the sliding bearing device solves the following problem: if a low-frictional board forming the bearing device moves in interlock with movement of the structure, the low-frictional board is seriously damaged, and therefore a crawler formed of a plurality of low-frictional boards is required, resulting in a complicated structure of the device, increased manufacturing costs of the device, and increased construction costs of the structure. SOLUTION: The present sliding bearing device 10 for erecting the structure has a base member 11, a lower stand 12 laterally movable on the base member 11, a low-frictional bearing mechanism 13 arranged on a lower surface of the lower stand 12, a plurality of hydraulic jacks 15 mounted on the lower stand 12, and an upper stand 14 borne by the hydraulic jacks 15, a low-frictional sliding bearing mechanism 16 arranged on an upper surface of the upper stand 14, etc. The low-frictional sliding bearing mechanism 16 bears the structure 2 with low friction via a low-frictional board 16a making contact with the structure 2, in a manner being movable in all directions in the horizontal plane.
