PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for beautifully sealing the corner part of a plastic hollow sheet, capable of beautifully sealing the corner part of the plastic hollow sheet in an R-shape at a high processing speed without leaving flash and a processing apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: A tool is constituted by integrally arranging a heating block having a groove formed thereto and a cooling block provided with the groove continued to the groove of the heating block in adjacent relationship and made freely rotatable in the groove direction of both blocks. After a side of the corner part of the fixed plastic hollow sheet is inserted in the groove part of the heated block, the tool is revolved to the other side of the corner part. After the corner part is brought to a semi-molten state within the groove of the heating block, the outer end part of the corner part is shaped into an R-curved surface while the cross section thereof is shaped into a U-shape and the corner part is pressurized and compressed to the groove space of the cooling block to be molded into the groove shape of the cooling block while absorbing an excess resin by the hollow part of the sheet before cooled and solidified.
