<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter circuit capable of reducing reflection waves caused by a limiter element. <P>SOLUTION: The limiter circuit comprises a transmission line of length of 1/2 wavelength in a specified frequency whose one end is connected to a high frequency input terminal in which high frequency signals are inputted while the other end is connected to a high frequency output terminal, an open line of length of 1/2 wavelength in the specified frequency whose one end is connected to the high frequency input terminal while the other end opened, and a limiter element whose anode terminal is connected to the other end of the transmission line while its cathode terminal being grounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
