<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a pipe joint system which can cope with many kinds of pipes, many kinds of joints and various diameters of pipes with a small number of component parts and to provide a pipe joint which can eliminate the necessity of preparing new joints corresponding to connection methods of pipes, can reduce the manufacturing cost and can facilitate the maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A relay pipe 2 of the pipe joint 1 has a joint structure capable of being connected with a connecting pipe 11 at one end and a fitting concave 21 capable of inserting the top end portion of a joint pipe 3 at the other end. The joint pipe 3 has a connecting structure capable of being connected with a connected pipe 12 at one end and a fitting convex 31 capable of being inserted in the fitting concave 21 of the relay pipe 2 at the other end. Therefore, it is possible to couple different kinds of pipes to each other by connecting the relay pipe 2 to the joint pipe 3 in a watertightness and by connecting the connecting pipe 11 to the relay pipe 2 and connecting the connected pipe 12 to the joint pipe 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
