PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly thrust right and left staple leg parts 3 of a staple A into the skin and to pull them out of the skin by accurately setting the bending and pressing positions in driving and removing the staples. SOLUTION: The medical staple composed of a crown part 1 and the staple leg parts 3 bent downward through both end curved parts 2, and bent between the center of the crown part 1 and the curved parts 2 to drive the staple leg parts 3 into the skin by a stapler to thereby draw an open wound closer. The staple is formed with first notches 6 at the lower face parts of both side bent parts bent by the stapler, and second notches 7 formed at the upper face parts between the first notches 6 of the crown part 1 and equally spaced at a predetermined distance from the first notches 6, 6.
