PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for drawing lines on the ground of an outdoor playground or sports ground preventing slits (openings) from being blocked with powder, discharging a constant quantity of powder from a discharge port and causing no ruggedness on the drawn lines. SOLUTION: The device for drawing lines on the ground of the outdoor playground or sports ground is provided with a container for storing powders, having a closable opening for filling the powder of lime or the like, and a discharge port formed of a plurality of slits for discharging the powder; wheels detachably provided at both ends of an axle which penetrates a lower part of the container; and an impeller for discharging the powder from the discharge port of the container. The impeller comprises a cylindrical body coaxially fixed to the axle, and a plurality of blades provided at the outer periphery of the cylindrical body.
