PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stickiness-preventive liquid for vinyl chloride resin agricultural film which is applied to the surface of film so as to prevent reduction in transparency of the film, prevent the film from sticking to another one, be excellent in workability in winding up and down the film for setting-up work or ventilation, have excellent durability of effectiveness and be hard to damage the film itself without subjecting the vinyl chloride resin agricultural film to any specific film processing. SOLUTION: The stickiness-preventive liquid for vinyl chloride resin agricultural film comprises powdery organic resin grains comprising acrylic resin particles or silicon resin particles, and a water-based binder resin solution comprising silicon-based compound water dispersion liquid or amide-based compound water dispersion liquid.
