PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an active ingredient which is based on various proteins or peptides, does not have the problem of allergy facing on the employment of such the substances, and has a tightening effect, and furthermore to produce a cross-linked polymer of a carbohydrate. SOLUTION: This cross-linked polymer uses at least one carbohydrate having at least one primary alcohol functional group.
