PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish a projection cutting-off process required heretofore and to enhance the mating precision to a panel in a multicolor molded product molded using a mold in which a dividing bar for demarcating a plurality of cavities is mounted, and its molding method. SOLUTION: A door trim (two-color molded product) 10 is integrated through the boundary groove part 17 formed along the joined part of two different resin molded products (a door trim upper 20 and a door trim lower 30). Then, a notch part 18 is formed to the base of the groove part of the terminal 17a of the boundary groove part 17 to avoid the formation of the projection (a) turned toward the panel. Accordingly, a molding upper mold 41 and the dividing bar 51 are abutted in the terminal 17a of the boundary groove part 17 by a longitudinal parting structure and a parting projection 414a is housed in the groove part 54 provided to the terminal 51b of the dividing bar 51 to perform sealing.
