PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a skinned trim component characterized in that the surface of the base material thereof is partially exposed. SOLUTION: A large number of suction pores are formed to the base material so as to pierce the same and a rough surface region 13 comprising a group of a large number of fine projections 15 and fine dents 17 is formed to the region being the region getting out of the respective pores of the surface of the base material 3 and excepting the end edge part of the base material 3. A precoated skin material 9 is sucked from the respective pores under vacuum to be bonded to the whole surface of the base material 3 in the region excepting the rough surface region 13 of the base material 3 and only the leading ends of the respective projections 15 are partially bonded to the rough surface region 13 so as to be capable of peeling the precoated skin material 9 to form a large number of hermetically closed air reservoir 19 between the precoated skin material 9 and the base material 3.
