PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To travel without return to a route which the user has travelled before, by searching circumferential facilities in a travelling direction based on the present position. SOLUTION: In a facility extraction routine S107, the circumferential facilities in the travelling direction are searched. In distance calculation routines S109, S114, route distances between the present position and the position of the respective retrieved circumferential facilities are calculated. In list preparation routines S110, S115, the list of circumferential facilities are prepared. In position of facility display routines S111, S116, marks representing the positions of the circumferential facilities included in the circumferential facility list are displayed on a road map displayed on a display.
