PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic cleaning device of which extension and contraction motion can be accurately controlled to carry out comfortable cleaning, in an extension/contraction device of a cleaning nozzle of a warm water washing toilet seat pleasantly cleaning the private part of a human body by jetting warm water from the nozzle. SOLUTION: In cylinders 14, 15, 16 formed of a plurality of steps housing extensively a nozzle 17 ejecting washing water out of the front end, the nozzle 17 and members 13, 18 for extension/contraction of the cylinders 14-16 are provided in the cylinders 14-16 and are driven by motors.
