PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a return bend portion which is made of a mesh panel and can be installed firmly, stably and easily to a top end portion of a fence body made of mesh panels. SOLUTION: Each mesh panel 2C is formed by arranging vertical wires 2A and horizontal wires 2B to a grid shape; a fence body 2 is made by forming furring strips 2D at the upper end portion of said mesh panels 2C; and a return bend portion 1 is installed to said fence body 2; a return bend portion 1 is formed by a mesh panel 1C formed by arranging vertical wires 1A and horizontal wires 1B to a grid shape; a return bend portion 1E with vertical wires 1A cut in the middle of them are located at the top portion; an attaching portion 1D to be anchored to the fence body 2 is installed to its bottom portion; and an attaching face 11D of the attaching portion 1D is laid along an outer face of the furring strips 2D of the fence body 2.
