PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain cover which eliminates slime in a catchbasin well. SOLUTION: The drain cover 3 is so put on a step 2b on the upper part of the inner peripheral surface 2a of a catchbasin 2 as to be flush with the surface of a floor pan, causing wastewater to flow from the outer peripheral side of the cover 3 into the catchbasin 2. On the part of drain cover 3 that is located on the step 2b, a housing 3a is formed, to which a cartridge 4 containing a solid drug 5 can be fitted removably. A chemical outflow port 4b is so formed on the under surface of the cartridge 4 fitted to the housing 3a as to face the step 2b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
