<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of a swing sliding door capable of improving safety and appearance, by covering an upper part of a space between a rocking swing sliding door and an vehicle body with a member functioning as a partition wall. <P>SOLUTION: This cover structure has a door opening/closing device for moving a rear door 4 between a closing position D1 and a full opening position D3 in the rear of the vehicle body by connecting the rear door 4 opening and closing a door opening 3 and the vehicle body by parallel links 16, and an upper surface concealing cover 71 formed so as to cover the upper space E1 of the door opening/closing device between the vehicle body and the rear door 4 and pivoted around the axis Lk toward the front and rear of the vehicle body to a base or the vehicle body wall of the door opening/closing device. When the rear door 4 moves to the closing position D1 from the full opening position D3, the upper surface concealing cover 71 is pressed by the rear door 4, and rocks to an upper vertical position P1.
