<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor control device and an HMI device, capable of appropriately displaying the display position of a pointer (cursor) pointed by a pointing device on an operating screen even when a window is modified by an operation, in the HMI device having a function of displaying a plurality of display screens on a display device. <P>SOLUTION: When a symbol in an operation target screen is operated by the pointing device, a new operation target screen is displayed by a screen display management section.
