PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension assembly suppressing unnecessary out-of-plane vibration and being capable of achieving of improvement of positioning accuracy of a magnetic head, and further to provide a head suspension assembly and a disk device provided therewith.SOLUTION: A suspension assembly according to an embodiment comprises: a support plate 34; a wiring member installed on the support plate; and a driving element 50 being fixed to the wiring member and expandable. The wiring member includes: a metal plate 44a having a base end plate portion 36b and a separation plate portion 36d; an insulating layer 44b having a bridge portion 47c; a conductive layer 44c forming wiring. The driving element is disposed on the bridge portion. The wiring member is provided with an opposite plate 52 being provided to the bridge portion between the base end plate portion and the separation plate portion and opposite to the driving element with the insulating layer interposed therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
