PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method, a server device, and a communication system for facilitating accident report to an insurance company or subscription to an insurance.SOLUTION: A communication method for enabling a script server 3 to receive the report of occurrence of an accident includes: a step of receiving an accident occurrence report message transmitted from a portable terminal 1 by using a messaging service; a step of repeatedly performing the transmission of a question message to the portable terminal 1 and the reception of an answer message to the question message from the portable terminal 1 to collect information related to the accident; and a step of transmitting the collected information to a contractor management server 4 which manages an insurance contractor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
