Subject: method for the creation of multi-crystal diamonds. The deposit of multi-crystal diamonds commences when an ignited fuel-oxygen mixture heats up the mixtureÆs reactive gases (propane or acetylene or methane with hydrogen) in ambient pressurehigher than that of the atmosphere. These reactive gases will be pyrolized by the energy they acquire for creating a chemical vapour composed of atoms of CH, CH2, CH3 and H, as well as of compositions indispensable for the creation of multi-crystal diamonds. The thus created chemical vapour is conducted to a heated molybdenum substrate on the surface of which there are created diamond cores agglomerated in unified surfaces of multi-crystal diamonds. The change of the growth rhythm and morphology of the diamond are obtained by control of the flow and pressure of the chemical vapour. |
