PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple liquid absorption guide unit capable of increasing a liquid feed rate and properly feeding a liquid to a delivery position even when a flow passage has a complicated shape, and a liquid absorption guide sheet used for the same.SOLUTION: A liquid absorption guide sheet is prepared, for example, by laminating a substrate sheet guiding a liquid L.
