<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solid electrolyte film having an excellent ion conductivity by making a solid electrolyte into a film continuously by a solution film-forming method. <P>SOLUTION: A dope 24 containing a solid electrolyte and an organic solvent is made to flow and cast on a moving casting band 82 from a casting die 81. A first to a fourth fan ducts 91 to 94 are provided in order at the casting bands 82 in running direction of the casting band. Drying air 301 is sent to the air face 24b of the cast film 24a from the fan duct 91. Then, a skin layer 24c is produced on the air face 24b side of the cast film 24a after passing 60 seconds immediately after casting. The skin layer 24c has a different surface tension from the casting band 82 side of the cast film 24a. The cast film 24a after drying is separated as a film 62 and extended and dried. After drying in a tenter, the film 62 is sent to a drying chamber 69, and furthermore dried by supporting by a plurality of rollers 68. By producing the skin layer 24c in the cast film 24a, a solid electrolyte film 62 having excellent smoothness and flatness can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
