PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel having an antireflection function of a metal color such as copper, capable of improving productivity by reducing the number of processes, and thereby having an excellent cost merit, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A touch panel includes, on one side of a transparent resin base material 1, a plurality of signal detection electrode wires, and on the other side, a drive signal electrode wire.
