The mask includes a printed circuit board, an accelerometer, one or more therapy lights, one or more electrodes, a pulse oximeter, and a thermometer, wherein the pulse oximeter, thermometer, accelerometer, and electrodes are connected to the printed circuit board, collect data, and send data to the printed circuit board. The device generates a light therapy schedule based on data received from the user through the user interface and data from the mask.
