PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition exhibiting high lamination strength with respect to various plastic films.SOLUTION: It is found that a printing ink composition comprising a polyurethane resin, a chlorinated polyolefin and an acryl-modified polyolefin (excluding a chlorine element) exhibits high lamination strength. That is, the present invention relates to a printing ink composition comprising a polyurethane resin (A), a chlorinated polyolefin resin (B), and an acryl-modified polyolefin resin (C).
