摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide linear double-stranded DNA capable of expressing RNA derived from a DNA sequence for RNA expression in a cell without connecting a promoter sequence or a terminator sequence to the DNA sequence for RNA expression in advance, and a method for expressing RNA derived from a DNA sequence for RNA expression using such a linear double-stranded DNA.SOLUTION: A linear double-stranded DNA that sequentially comprises a terminator sequence and a promoter sequence, in which a base number between a base at 3' terminal of the terminator sequence and 5' terminal of the promoter sequence is 0 to 3000 is fabricated.
