摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assembly two kinds of differential gears without replacing a spherical surface guide, in an assembling device of a differential gear.SOLUTION: In an assembling device 30 of a differential gear 10, a pair of pinion gears 13 and 14, a pair of side gears 11 and 12, and a pinion shaft 21 are assembled in a differential case 1. A holding tool 55 holding back surfaces of the pinion gears 13 and 14 has a concave spherical surface guide surface, and the guide surface is divided into a first guide surface 56a and a second guide surface 57a having different curved surfaces. The back surfaces of the pinion gears 13 and 14 are held by the first guide surface 56a, during normal rotations of the pinion gears 13 and 14. The back surfaces of the pinion gears 13 and 14 are held by the second guide surfaces 57a during reserved rotations of the pinion gears 13 and 14. Two kinds of differential gears 10 can be assembled by the assembling device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
